Delivery on ChillBuddy products can take 3 - 5 weeks from confirmation of artwork, depending on delivery method.
For any major promotion / campaigns please allow sufficient time for the manufacture of the products - we suggest a minimum of 5 weeks.

Our preferred form of payment is by BACs transfer or cheque, but we realise that in certain circumstances there is a need for an alternative.
We accept payments through PayPal - Limits/Terms and Conditions apply.
However we do incur extra charges from PayPal for the conveinence, and although we will accept some of this cost, sadly we will have to pass some of this charge onto our customers. Invoices from PayPal will therefore carry an extra 1.75% on top of the total invoice cost..............
